I love the photo charm bracelet at the martha Stewart site but it does not provide a list of supplies needed, names of the supplies, where they can be purchased, and how to put them together. Once the are constructed, I know how to use a split ring to connect to the bracelet. It's getting there that I'm trying to find out about. Thank you for your responses. I hope this is a little clearer.

It depends on the material you use.
I work with metal usually, and I find the handy materials to have are bottle caps (they make nice round frames when pounded down and are easy to make hole in), epoxy or resin, and of course the pictures. I usually use photocopies rather than the originals.
A good book to look into all of this is Metal Craft Discovery Workshop by Linda and Opie O'Brien.
