how big of an aquarium would it take and what fish would you need to create a compleatly natural aquarium like with plants so the smaller fish eat the plants, the bigger fish eat the smaller fish, like it would be in the wild

It's going to depend on the fish, and plants in question, but you'd need at least 50-100 gallons per fish.

Pretty darn big. Remember that some species won't breed in captivity, so that a perfect recreated ecosystem is impossible. Also, adult forms of fish will get big. Think of coral reefs. There are hundreds of animals in the food chain, ending with large sharks.
Zoos and Public Aquariums don't even attempt this. They reproduce the ecosystem as well as they can, but still have to feed everyone and adjust for births and deaths.

probably a swimming pool size, but you would have to limit the quantity of big fish in there
