I REALLY want to go to Le Crodon Bleu in London to begin, but I think I should start at Le COrdon Bleu in America, do my intermediate in London and my superior in Paris! I don't want ordinary, I want the best!

It sounds to me like you have the perfect plan. There's nothing wrong with starting with an American school, just like going to a junior college. Taking it in graduated steps is a good thing. It gives you a chance to get used to it plus you'll see what you're really in for. Then if you decide you'd rather do something else you not half way around the world.

Go talk to the school that you're interested in and see if there are prerequisites. Sounds like you have a plan - GO-FOR-IT!!!!
