bought K800i n found out the joystick does not activate my phone when it's in sleep mode. i did not set the phone to auto-key lock. this my 4th SE phone, so i know how to use a SE phone. called the shop i bought from, was asked to call the manufacture. So i called the manufacture, they asked me send in for REPAIR... I'm so upset i feel so cheated... What can i do?? Will anyone accept this kind of thing? Buy a brand new phone today and then next day must send for REPAIR??? anyone can help me plssss....

For Handphones, it's best to purchase it @ the manufacturer service centre/shop, cos i have encountered a few case which same as yours, send it for repair the following day.
