Lets say that where you work there's a chance employers will get arrested for various reasons...all of course related to how a business is run. Do the employees have a chance to get arrested too even if they have nothing to do with why employers are being charged for and have no idea what's going on?

**The problem is that we have no idea what's really happening, it's a small firm, but many calls are intercepted and seem to be of legal matters. us Employees might be making the matter than what it really is...but we just wanted to know what the chances are and if we should do something about it.

If the employees had nothing to do with whatever the employers/owners are doing...NO. You all may be questioned if there are indeed arrests and the matter is investigated.
I hope knowing that your employers are shady...you are looking elsewhere for employment.

Only if the employees are knowledgeable of the fraudelant acts and are maliciously helping the wronged by knowingly covering their tracks.

Technically, I don't think you can get 'arrested'. Charged maybe, but you'd have to be intimately involved (directly/indirectly) with the illegal happenings that caused the shakedown in the first place...

Unlikely, but each case is different. If you know things are illegal, you need to talk to a lawyer to protect yourself.
