Green or Blue. If you put red, it will look like you got punched. Trust me, License Pictures don't turn out very good, so you should get a light color.

You should put down Green, especially if your basic eye color is Green. It might be interesting to get those yellow contacts with lightning bolts just to toy with the DMV.
