If you loose him because you have a flirting problem then your relationship dosen't have a sturdy foundation. Plus talk to him and explain to him your problem and see if he is okay with it. If not try to work out a deal with him.

Then stop completely. If you love him so much, he will be the only one you flirt with. Don't throw those 3 years together away over some ridiculous flirting.
Keep your distance from other males & hang out with your girlfriends more often.
Why do you flirt? Is it for attention? Your man may not be giving you enough attention so you are looking for attention from other guys?

Flirt WITH your guy and noone else. Otherwise you will lose him. And in the meantime, your selfish thrills are hurting him. Even the times he's not aware of, you're disrespecting him and undermining your relationship.
My ex-wife had this problem. Note the "ex" part.

Altering a personal characteristic is hard, especially when it's just ''how you are'', but if you love this man, and intend for him to be your husband........ very soon ( and not letting him sample the cow too much longer, 3 yrs is a long time to date, is marriage on the horizon?) you'll adjust.

JUST STOP. Just think. It is not worth losing a good guy. Stop yourself as soon as you start doing it! It might take time, but you can stop if you really want to!
