chains hang low is from a LITTLE KID SONG (thats not the artist tho) called ears hang low.. thats not a rap.. sry but i cant help much cuz i think its a retarded song , since the artist of chains hand low could only make up a song from a little kids song..

uhh No its by Jibbs and its the only version. It is a play off a little kid song that goes "do you ears hang, low do they wobble to the floor, can u tie them in a knot, can u tie them in a bow?" Or somehting liek that.
