You're kidding, right? LoL Call information, these days a little information goes a long way with phone company operators. Then you can try the internet yellow pages too. Just put in the basic infor: name, city, street if you have it, ss# may help, giggle, and there you go! Really, I am being facicious, but seriously, do you honestly think this man wants his name splashed all over the Yahoo! Anwers forum, plus, no less, with his general area of home? I don't think so.
I hope you find him, IF you have good intentions, but these days who knows you could be a mad stalker, chain saw macacre'er, or at the least a pest. Come on, this IS a joke right? Thanks for the two points though. ;-)
