Yes you should. Not doing so is like lying and will get you a negative rating and you could be reported to ebay. Would you buy a DS with a dead pixel? Ethically you should disclose the information because it is wrong to do so otherwise. And its just plain old mean.

im afraid yes you have to you have to mention all faults with a product or they have the right for a refund.
My mate brought a DS lite and he had one pixel out, he took it back for a exchange, can you not take it back and just upgrade? Is there a manufacturers guarantee? this may be the better option, it will be hard for you to get a good price with a pixel missing unless your happy selling it cheap.

Honestly, you're quite self-centered if you DONT tell them. If someone bought it new they could return it and exchange it for one without the dead pixel.

that particular ad seems authentic, yet he's a clean Ebayer. i'd purchase from everyone contained in the U. S. and use Paypal in case it did not artwork. in spite of the indisputable fact that there are shops like EA that promote them used and they have ninety days guarantees on them, that is continually more effective perfect to purchase regionally digital stuff, in case they wreck down.

Yes tell them. They will report you after they receive the item. Chances are someone will buy it anyway.

Yes, you have to disclose any 'flaw' in merchandise when listing. Even if it does not seem noticeable.
