There is make up that you can buy that will totally cover up your blemishes while they are healing. There are several kinds but my favorite ( and I have tried them all since I have a permenant discoloration on my face) is by Estee' Lauder. Just tell them you want the heaviest coverage. It comes in a dark blue tube. It goes on with a very sheer feeling but it totally covers anything. Also, a little goes a long way.
Make sure you cleanse your face real well at the end of the day tho so that you are not always covering up your skin. It will heal faster that way.
Blessings

Try Maybelline True Illusion Undetectable Concealer. It has Octinoxate which is supposed to help prevent blemishes from becoming become darker. It's hypoallergenic, has SPF 10 and is oil free. Neutrogena Skin Clearing Oil Free Concealer is good too if your pimples have not dried out completely because it has salicylic acid which treats pimples.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE CONCEALER FOR PIMPLES!! Concealer makes pimples lighter therefore they stand out more (trust me from experience). Instead use a stick foundation a shade or half a shade (preferably half a shade) darker than your skin tone, then use a powder foundation of your exact (or close to it) skin tone to put a finish on it so it doesn't look all dark. Enjoy!

You obviously need a good acnecare solution, but you just can't use any labels or product lines. Much better, if you'll seek for an expert's advice or even browse this site http://www.upkb.com/acnecare.php if you want to learn more about different skincare treatments and products available.

Use a concealer that matches your skin tone, and make sure it is oil free so that the pimples don't come back.

Use mineral makeup. It wont clog your pores and it hides EVERYTHING. To start, try using Bare Essentials. It's pretty cheap. If you like it, go for the good stuff. The best brand is Jane Iredale.
