Oh, you mean CONVICTED rapists murderers and child molesters...

I don't disagree, necessarily, with your premise, but it took me 10 minutes to track back through your questions to figure out your point: No equal treatment for convicted criminals.

The really good questions stand alone.

no, they are not equal. their equality end when they do something to hurt another human being fo no reason. it says so in the constitution. Freedom to do whatever you like (basicly) until you hurt someone else. I think that's pretty logical.
