They are really cute; they're black suede and the heel is conical shaped (not stiletto) so it looks like there's some support. I think they can be worn slouchy too..The problem is the heel.

Wear those shoes with pride! I am a tall girl and I have had insecurities about that very same subject for almost my whole life. Old fashioned peeps like my G-ma and others have some kind of issue with girls being tall. But you know what? Now at 19, I have resolved to not care anymore. All models are like 5 10 and above and you don't see anyone telling them to wear flats! If anyone has a prob with them its just cuz they are jealous of your hotness.

Why is it a no no? If they are comfortable, and you like the look, go for it.
I have a daughter who is over 6 feet tall and she wears really high heels when she wants because they look so good. If people can't deal with her being so tall, that's their problem.

I'm a tall woman. And I rock high heels. Don't let all the short girls have all the fun (or cute shoes!). If you like them, wear them.

well you are pretty tall already, i think it would look rather odd but if it suits you, then do it.
