It's quite strange really,I am a counsellor, and alot of the time,I don't practise what I preach.I don't like to say I lie about my feelings,I like to look at it,as I am not reviling my feelings.I think this is due to the fact that I am a people pleaser, and don't want to feel that I am burdening some one,or offending some one that I feel that has hurt my feelings.

I generally don't lie about my feelings. I do that only when I know nothing good's going to come out of expressing them. Then again, I am so bad at lying that people know anyway. I am THE person you want to play poker with I swear.

Sometimes you do not want to worry other people and you figure they have enough to worry about themselves...that you can take care of the problem yourself...
