Hair Spray. Spray it generously. Rub with a toothbrush. Then rub with a toothbrush and liquid soap. Dawn is good. Hair Spray works very well though.

There is a product called "Goof Off" sold at "Home Depot" in or near the paint department. It's made for taking dried paint and ink out of things. Comes in a yellow can with red and black lettering in a couple sizes. Be careful not to saturate the fabric with too much of the "Goof Off" and then through in dryer, as it is probably a flammable solvent...but just a little bit and blot with paper towel. Let it dry before laundering. Hope it works for you.

yes there are stain removers sold in the chemist or similar shops just for that purpose

from my experience ink doesnt come completely out. try Oxy-Clean, i think thats the name.
