I'm getting messages from a Sam (?) Martin every day telling me to call this number for an "important personal business matter". Anyone else recieve these calls or know what this is about?

It's either a Bill Collector or a Scam Artist. Most likely a Bill Collector, though.

Leave message to make an appointment and when you get to that appointment smash his head with your phone. And kick his crouch.
