Lots of similar gadgets around. And a lot of gullable people to buy them!
NONE works as pretended.
The first will give you some visual and audio stimulation that may, actually, disturb your sense of balance, but won´t bring you to Nirvanah!
The second is pure bull.
People without hearing suffer from irreversible trauma in the auditory nerve or in the internal ear. They cannot "hear" through their skin, although they can FEEL the vibrations, hence, some form of rythm.
To get hearing back, an implant, such as the cochlea implant can resore partial hearing, but it is an invasive surgery.
The others are not better.
Just gadgets you buy or build, then throw away the next day.
Legally, you could be entitled to sue the supplier for selling under false pretence...
