i am a huge fan but i missed last weeks episode and it usually will air on http://abc.go.com/primetime/greysanatomy/index the next day but to my luck it hasnt been posted. Tonight will be a new episode and i dont know what happen last week? PLEASE HELP!!!

Nothing happened last week
Tonight Derek will get a visit from his sister McHotty which will scare Meredith.
And Christina will do another difficult procedure with Burke.
And Izzy will be teamed up with Meredith to keep her out of trouble.
The rest you will just have to see when it happens.

Derek jumped in the water to save Grey and most of the show was all the doctors trying to save her from dieing. If she dies then the show is over, and there is talk going around that 2 main characters are going to die this week! only two more shows until the end of the season!

televisionwithoutpity usually does a recap, although it can be snarky and have a lot of the reviewers opinions rather than what happened.
I'd suggest you google it and look at various websites. That way you can gather what happened from different sources and glean out what's the writers opinions vs. what happened.

any show that's a series is usually uploaded to YouTube within a few hours, just search the name of the episode and you should get lots of results
