I download alot of clothing and skin tones for my sims. Lately, all the premade sims skin colour has changed. All the waiters and shopkeepers have a white skin tone, with letters and numbers, like I deleted their skin tone or something.. And I didn't.

Okay, the other people who answered you dont know what theyre talking about.

You downloaded a skintone set that replaces the default maxis ones. Its an easy mistake to make. The only way to download it is to delete the CC from your game... you can use the sims 2 pack clean installer for that. (free, download it from modthesims2.com)

If you need help with this, i would suggest emailing somebody who makes default skin replacements.

Try contacting somebody from here:

Sounds like one of the downloads you did might have had a bug or something on it. Sadly, I don't know of any way to fix it, other than deleting the game from your hard drive and re-installing it.

sounds like one of your downloads overwrote the code for the game. so either you figure out which one it was and delete it , live with it, reinstall.
