Not always, some are more obvious about it than others. But I think when the attraction is mutual it tends to be get noticed more. Since you both would be paying more attention to each other at that time.
They say your eyes dilate when you are looking at someone your sexually attracted to, so start looking into their eyes to find out for sure lol GL

Very much so! Havent you ever been in a public place and then make contact with a complete stranger. You both look at each other smile then think, WOW! Well thats called mutual attraction. Even though it is denied by most but looks is usually the first step in being attracted someone.

not necessarily, people put way to much power on body language, I know some very sever looking people that are great big teddy bears when you take the time to know them. You really have to talk and get to know a person, to find out if they are attracted to you

not all the time because everyone has their own way of showing their feelings towards someone else otherwise other people who arent as shy will make it obvious if they wanna get noticed.

yes, the guy i am with now made it totally obvious, but i played hard to get for two weeks till i finally gave in.. you will know... it is hard to explain, but you will notice there is not doubt it.
