I agree with the fluttering. I also felt like I had something in my chest all of the time. It was like nausea but, without the actually throwing up. That came later and lasted the rest of the pregnancy.
I also was tired and fatigued, but when I would sit still, I kinda got this feeling of complete calm, like there was an angel on my shoulder, (or in my belly...lol).
It really is an amazing feeling. This is what I felt before I found out. After I found out (I was 9 1/2 weeks) I as upset, (unexpected) and then sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy. Now I am trying to have another and it is just not happening.... Maybe soon.........
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second, I'm only 4 wks, but I swear about 2-3 wks ago, I felt fluttering in my stomach.
with my first one, I was away from my husband during the day and over night, we had some time together between training and curfew. I just remember that, one night, after being completely cut off from him for 2 mos, and then with our crazy schedule, I had spent 3 mos alone at night in my bed. Then, the night I should have conceived, I didn't feel that lonely pit in my stomach when I closed my eyes to sleep. I didn't feel alone.

I think you want to know how it feels to physically be pregnant and not the symptoms of pregnancy... I have never been pregnant so I don't know but my best friend is pregnant and she says she did not feel any different in the first few months.
