This was asked and answered many years ago.
However, I will point out that The Fool is the most important card in the Tarot deck. Remember the Beatles and "The Fool on the Hill"? He was actually very wise, and knew that others were fools.
Why do fools fall in love? Because love is the strongest force in the universe. Indeed, it is arguably the ONLY force in the universe.
