the sad part is... I can't tell if you're joking or not..

but as pretty much everyone else has said... many of those you call "liberals" don't really care about the issues you mentioned...

most think that there are more important issues out there...

Legalization of marijuana is a libertarian issue, not a democrat issue. Gay marriage is used by republicans to get conservative christians' panties in a bunch before each election cycle. And abortion is a hot potato no matter who you talk to. We all have more important things to worry about right now. Perhaps you haven't heard, but the war in Iraq isn't going very well.

No-- because not all us libs are that crazy about those issues. Some of us have brains and don't focus on the 10% of the population that doesn't need the help. Unlike this administration and the R party-- we don't focus so heavily on amending the constitution to disallow gay marriage-- asinine.

States can deal with gay marriage on their own
Abortion is legal
legalization of marijuana is in the state's hands too

We've got bigger issues to deal with.

your question does not make much sense. not all liberals are gay or for it, not all liberals are for abortion or marijuana. I could care less if someone is gay, I'm not and like any non gay man would thump them if they made an advance. I am for choice for abortion. if the Christians failed there mission about "spreading" the word, passing laws will only turn people against them. if they spread the word like they are instructed to in the bible a christian would not get an abortion. the only reason marijuana is not legal is because it would be to hard to tax AND THAT'S ALL no other reason, they would lose billions in liquor money

I think there are much bigger issues. There are even bigger issues that haven't been addressed yet such as civil liberties being restored human rights and due process of law....then you need to deal with this war on Iraq....Yeah the Republicans have really left a mess..think we have to give them some time...they the Republicans didn't get us in to this mess over night.

who made you the arbiter of what the issues are this election...by your wording, i can deduce that you're a 'social conservative' republican...nice of you to fall in line...every election cycle, the gop trots out their social agenda in order to get the 'christian right' energized, then after the election is over, they send you home with a crumb or two, laughing behind your backs at your gullibility...face it, this election is a referendum on the party in power, as are all mid-term elections...and the issue most on people's minds is bush's handling of the iraq war...

I don't. I think there are much more important issues that demand our attention as a country. Such as...gee, I don't know....war in Iraq, vast political corruption, constitutional rights being erased?
