Can Someone Please HELP ME???
hi. im a mother of six kids, and my husband has a job that barley gets us by, we live in public housing, and christmas is around the corner. i feal bad every year my kids get presants i know thay dont like. does anyone know where i can sign up for free christmas gifts..please help me thank you!!!

I have no idea where you are located but the Savation Army usually has some kind of Christmas program. My suggestion pull out your phone book and get the number to the Salvation Army in your area and ask them for help, if they can't help you they can probably point you in the right direction. I think that local churches do hand out gifts for free and/or for really small prices. You can get them 1 really good toy a piece, instead of 4 or 5 a piece, and they will be grateful. It is not the quantity more the quality. I will pray that something will come your way for your little one's on christmas, and if you do not end up getting them anything or at the least what they want, at leat you guys will be together on christmas and celebrating its true meaning. I think that you are a great parent every day out of the year and give them what they need and want, this time may just have be an exception. But hopefully something will come your way, with the power of prayer. One time, my mother was in a similar situation and we got our gifts in January, when all the high prices dropped, and we were just as excited, it also made us stronger as a family, and understood our mother's situation. She gave us everything we needed and wanted all year out anyways.

Please don't re-ask the same question. There are quite a bit of free programs around christmas, you just have to look. Also the salvation army has christmas gifts programs around the winter time. You should call them and ask. Maybe you can get them gifts from a second-hand store. Good Luck!
