You need to get an agent to represent you, read the script, put it into presentable form, and pitch your idea and script to people in the industry.

Your best way to locate an agent is to get an entertainment lawyer's advice. Since this appears to be a film script, look in martindale.com under entertainment law in Los Angeles.
