well first at all the mayans were known as the "people of corn" meaning that most of their food was based in the corn but they also cossumed other vegetables and were hunters and eat fish too .
between the vegetable which they used to eat were the berry , the mango , the bananna , the sweet potatos , the beans , the tomatos , the avocado the cilantro and many more .
between the animals which they used to hunt were the dove , the monkey , the rabbit , the armadillo and the tapir .
the also used to eat fish , shirm and hunted turtles from the sea .
they used to eat three foods everyday :
the eat the main food in the middle of the day and had to small suppers one in the morning and another one in the afternon .
the men and the women used to eat seperate . the men used to eat first and then the women and gilrs next to the men . they also used to have a drink called the atole which is made with corn .
for the main food the mayans used to eat new tortillas eggs , beans and a little of meat if they had any available . the last food consisted of tortillas , beans and a chololate drink .

its difficult to know exactly what the Mayans ate as there is so little information we have about what happened to them...but we have archaeological evidence to support that they were agriculturalists. With that in consideration, you could look at some of the crops that grow easily within the geographic region in which the Mayans lived. Predominantly things like maize, sapote (type of melon), camote (type of sweet potato), and a variety of beans would have been easily grown by the Mayans. In addition to this, these aforementioned crops have high nutritional values as well as some holistic medicinal uses which would have made them staple crops for the native civilization. Also Iguana meat was apparently important...I just now found that out...

Nothing. They're dead, and dead people don't eat. If you really meant what did the ancient Mayans eat then why not say so. It annoys me when people expect others to go to the trouble of writing an answer when they can't even be bothered to write their question properly in the first place.
