Everybody is right, limiting the internet is within your own personal strength of mind. There was a time when I was addicted to the net as well. I got out of the house, got a job, new interests, and the most important was a new approach to my day. IE: no net till everything else was done that I had to get done. What ever works for you. Good luck!
OH ps: even if there is a program to limit hours.. you'd just uninstall it anyway. Do this of your own accord. GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT!

How about switching to an internet provider that limits the amount of minutes you can spend on your plan? Do they still have those any more?

There's probably something out there, but why not just turn off your computer? Or throw the whole damn thing away. Or get off Yahoo! Answers......Start playing The Sims, that can waste an awful lot of time too.

There is a better way of doing this: give me your computer, your credit cards, check book, cash in your wallet and ATM card. I will keep you from spending another penny on computer. lol
