i need feedback on why it is a social problem, how it can be resolved,what social groups define this as problematic, what are some solutions to this problem, what are some problems/cost with best solution and how omportant are these problems/costs.

some cant afford college once they get in so they drop out, cheeper college would be great! i'm one who has no clue how i'll pay 4 college! without an education lots of peeps look down on you for some odd and stuid reason but if you cant afford it, then what other option do you have?
