Sorry but I got on the bandwagon and can't help it. It's pretty good. Doesn't feel "seattle-ish" to me though.

i love that show too!! i tried to stay away from it as well, and then once i saw it, i was hooked!!

It's a pretty good show, but I agree - it doesn't really feel like Seattle. Although they've used some footage from the Seattle area, those of us from Seattle and vicinity know that they're using the same dozen clips over and over. It would be nice if they'd try getting some shots of something besides the ferries and the Space Needle. Seattle is almost as hilly as San Francisco, and that "feeling" just isn't in the show. My other gripe is nit-picky, I realize, but being a person who loves the plants and outdoors in general in the area, it's painfully obvious that most of the outdoor shots (like the real-life Tiger Mountain Trail which is right behind my home, or McDreamy's trailer and land) are in fact shot in southern California. I'd love to see them send a film crew to the area to get some REAL outdoor footage in the foothills of the Cascades and in downtown Seattle near the real medical centers here. OK - End of tirade. Fun/fluff show anyway, so I imagine I'll keep watching for now, as long as I can record it on TiVO and don't have to sit through the ads!

I love the show too, Ive been watching it since the beginning and have gotten a few people hooked. But lately the show has disappointed me so Ive been watching the Office.
I dont know about the "Seattle-ish" feel because I have never been.

That is too bad. They specifically put in all the coffee for that reason to make it seem Seattle-ish. Even Derek is force to wear the same bandana to show his love for ferry boats. Enjoy the show though.

Negative on this show. My ex-girlfriend and I always had to watch it. I hate Meredith!!!!! I hate McDreamy too! The show is totally fake. The one guy I like (forget the name) is not OMally, but the other young doctor guy. He's cool.
