Don't use tab...tab stinks and it's not even real guitar music. Use notes or chords, but not tab.

Well, I usually go with google. Try this, and if it doesn't work, it's ok.
Go to google, and type in the band's name, the instrument you want, then + the song.
Example: The blood brothers guitar tabs + Burn piano island burn!
Generally the first 3 or 4 links are the best. As for hearing songs via a link, I don't know any songs that do that. There would definitely be money in that though.

I Google them, but an organization has been cracking down on free tab sites, so there might not be many that the tabs are actually viewable.
To find the songs, just use like iTunes (it's free, but you have to pay for the songs), or once again, use the handy tool called Google!
