The earliest tests say up to 5 days before your missed period. Most pregnant women do not have a high enough HCG (pregnancy hormone) that tests can detect. First Response is the test I would recommend (my fertility Dr told me it has less false negatives) and you should be able to test in the morning (morning urine usually has a higher amount of HCG in it). Don't worry if it is negative re-test in 2 days if no period.

are you serious 2 days? Ive been 2 weeks late on my period and I wasnt worried because I knew I wasnt pregnant. If you are having unprotected sex or if their might have been an 'accident' then you can find out 3 days after your missed period. You can take a pregnancy test and see what it says. If your not pregnant and your still late, it might be due to stress, weight gain or loss, or just typical changes in your body. The only way to find out is to take a pregnancy test.

You could take a pregnancy test. That is what I suggest. You can usually find out a week before the missed period.

I think you have to wait 2 weeks from the date that you might have conceived. Drugstores have cheap ($8) generic pregnancy tests you can buy that will be as accurate as a doctors visit. Be sure to wait until your first morning pee to do the test, because this is the time when the most pregnancy hormone will be present.

depends on the test, there are tests that can tell you accurately 4 days before your period is due, others that tell you the day of your missed period, and others that tell you about 1 week after you missed your period, id say take one now, see what it says, remember to take it in the morning, good luck!

Most pregnancy tests say that if you take them within 5-7 days of a missed period, it'll be more accurate.

There's a new pregnancy test out that can tell you 5 days before your missed period. I think its EPT. I'm not sure how accurate it would be though
