You cannot get rid of stretch marks, they are permanent scars. You can reduce the appearance of them by using silicone gel and Mederma. Both are available over the counter. It will take several months of use to see any difference.
Surgery of any sort will leave you with surgical scarring that will be much worse than stretch marks.
Vit E does not work-it doesn't penetrate the dermis(skin layers).
Ditto for cocoa butter. But using a moisturizer of any kind will make your skin appearance better overall.

The only thing that really works is time. It can take a long time too. Eventually they will get really light and be almost unnoticeable, but I dont think there is really anything else you can do. I had the same problem when I was that age and it took till I was about 20 to go away. The people who are telling you to loose weight dont know what they are talking about because it has nothing to do with weight. Some people's skin just has less elasticity than others and cant adjust to growth.

a stretch mark is a scar. You cannot get rid of scars. You can diminish their appearance by using vitamin E oil, or a product in the drug stores called Mederma.
