Here and there I notice almost deliberate birthmark shapes, like almost we were branded at birth. One of my shapes is a perfect triangle with the top mark a little bigger then the bottem two. I have two perfectly round marks the same exact size by my arm.
Some have star constillations with the same star shapes and size.

Yes: it either means you believe in crazy theory, or that you don't.
And in the case of birthmark, there is no meaning to the shape, except when those change, which can indicate malignant cells (a skin cancer) and that you should go see a doctor.
