I live in an apartment I dont have any fancy cheese making tools to keep the cheese at 90% humidity and all that. But, I think it would be very fun to try and make some wheels of cheese for the holidays. Any recommendations? Thanks You so much....God Bless

Google search Homemade cheese or Making Cheese at home. Many sites with DIY kits available. Good luck. The hardest part is buying Raw Milk. Unpasteurized or homogenized milk is increasingly hard to find unless you own a cow yourself. You could make goat milk cheese but it's a soft cheese like Feta which is from Sheep's milk.

Volunteer your time at an old age home or hospital. Buy cheese at a cheese store and stop the nonsense.
