I agree with most of the previous answers. While there are those Scorpio women that do cheat/stray..it does not mean that all of them do. Scorpios are indeed very possessive and they don't stray because they are soo into their relationship.
Now Scorpios will stray (just as anyone else) if they feel the relationship is missing something. It also depends on the age of the person and their maturity level/willingness to commit.
You cannot generalize and say that one sign is unfaithful--because it just isnt true all of the time.

I was born on The 24th of Oct.I would never cheat on my mate. I don't even find other people attractive but ... if he ever cheated on me i would sleep with his best Friend his cousin anyone that would both him and I'd tell them all how he only last 3 secs and can't get it up most of the time. so that should answer your 2ND question. I can make a grown man fall to his knees and beg me for forgiveness in the middle of a bar crying the whole time. and just laugh in his face. yea i can be evil

Im a scorpio woman and in a loving relationship for years... never cheated never even thought about it.... i think the whole scorpio perception people have are somewhat outrageous......

Scorpio is a fixed sign, so if the question is 'will they stick around', then yes. If it's 'will they be controlling/manipulative?' then that could be true, too. unless your a taurus, you won't be the dominant partner.
