My sis boyfriend bought a tractor trailer and is working driving (on road a couple wks, home a few days) She plans on going w/him in Jan. after she takes the test. Leaving 3 boys home 18, 17, 16. (I don't think that is a good idea) The boyfriend has promised to buy her a "large" piece of land w/a ranch and horses. Do you think he is just pulling her leg, or do they actually make that kind of money?

That depends on what he hauls and were. Some highly experienced truck drivers make excellent money and often invest in the stock markets.

You never know where people get their money, but that sounds like a stretch for a truck driver to me.
