If you were bleeding up until two days agao i would take it easy. Call and ask your doctor though. I read that in healthy low risk pregnancies bowling is completly fine, it just may hurt your back more, but you're still pretty early that you shouldnt feel any discomfort. you could try it, but listento your body, if you start to feel tired have someone else take over your game. When in doubt you should always just make a quick phone call to your practitioner. God luck ;)

If you are high risk, I'd say no- but ask your doctor first before you do anything. Now I'd say it would be ok if you had been doing this even before the pregnancy and weren't high risk. Talk to your doctor- he might say no- but I would go, relax and have a good time!!

definitely relax. even if you bowl with a small, light ball, the motion of bowling may cause damage.
Be safe and have fun laughing at them.

If you were not high risk, bowling would be fine. Once you are high risk you should contact your OB prior to doing anything different. (The rule of thumb is you can do it until you have cramping or bleeding).

To join in the fun, you could have someone carry the ball to the start of the lane and then you push it. Sounds silly but if you're not up for just sitting there this is a possible solution....

I would relax. If you really want to bowl, though, maybe you could get a very light ball (like a children's one, less than 10 lbs, maybe?) and bowl a few frames.
