it will be bolted to the side of the block, you need to torque it if your replacing it or it will send out crazy signals

This is one of those times you REALLY want to check out the repair manual, either at the library, or purchase one from the parts house.
They are very expensive, and are located inside the engine.
If you are getting a code for the Knock Sensor, (P0325 - P0334) you would be wise to refer to that same manual for proper DIAGNOSTICS before repairing the car. It might not be the sensor, but something else contributing to the lack if ignition retard control.
