Those are def some good ones. Nov. Rain is a good call. Here's mine in no particular order:

Jimi -Axis Bold As Love
Steely Dan- Reelin in the Years
Grant Geissman on Chuck Mangione's "Feels So Good" (Oh my GAWD it is so tight)
Smashing Pumpkins - Cherub Rock
Eagles - Hotel California

Man, this is tough. I don't know that these are my definite top 5, but they're good.
Oh, wait...I forgot Eric Johnson's Cliffs of Dover, and Brent Mason, and Junior Brown, and...aw skip it.

You made some excellent choices. (I'm not familiar with #4).
No particular order here or saying they're "the greatest", just solos I truly enjoy:
Jimi Hendrix: "Star Spangled Banner"
Jeff Beck & Jan Hammer Group Live: "Freeway Jam"
Tommy Bolin: "Post Toastee"
King Crimson: "Sleepless"
Pink Floyd: "Shine on you crazy diamond (suite)"

Keep on rockin'!
