Electronic machines that can easily be hacked into, no paper trail, parties shutting out certain groups of voters, etc. Will this be better or worse than the last few elections? I think it will actually be worse due to the increase in electronic voting machines.

You are right on the money. No pun intended.
It is on both sides, our Elected Congressmen have had six years to resolve this issue. But chose to do nothing. That is because now it easier than ever to change the vote outcome. They think we are stupid. But as they fall one by one and go to prison for their corrupt ways, sooner or later Washington will get the message. I think the American Citizen should be writing the Justice Dept. Not any Politician on the Hill.

Which question do I answer first? Voter fraud, none. Every vote I cast, I mean to cast.
E-voting very much concerns me. I have already written to my election officials concerning this matter. No response has been received as of this writing.
Better or worse? The same, the only difference is that the media coverage will be greater. No matter who "wins" or "loses" there will be an outcry of foul play.

It's the voting machines!!! Watch them elect the first machine to President. Arnold the Govonator! (I don't think the machines will have much to do with voter fraud)

Republicans will do anything to win.
Tie up the phone lines so that people calling for rides to the polls can't get through.
Reregistering Democrats to a diferent location so that when they go to the polls they are told that they are not on the list.
And many other dirty and illegal tricks.
