You are looking for a Property Manager. Without knowing where you are located, my best advice is to do a search for "Property Management, city, state". Be sure to contact a few and ask what percentage they charge, if they will get the property rent-ready, what upfront fees are charged.

I agree with the other answer, just do a search for someone who has experience working in your own location (you dont say where you are). Once you find a couple of management companies, there are some tips on what kind of questions to ask a prospective property manager in "lessons for landlords" on the propertygame website.
