It's easy to blame the government. But I don’t think it their fault. After all, if your not afraid to go to prison then there isn't much anyone can do about the kind of behaviour without infringing on human rights.
Secondly, you could blame TV, Music and Computer Games. I'm 25, I've watched ALL the most violent movies and still do. I play all the games blamed for violent behaviour (manhunt, GTA etc) and still do. And I also listen to rap/ hip hop etc. I think I’m a well-balanced individual! Some may not agree!!! ;)
But the one reason I give for my being a balanced and responsible member of the community, who genuinely cares what happens to the world and ALL the people in it, are my parents.
My parents raised me for 18 years and still do to a certain extent! :)
THEY ALONE are the reason I am the person I am today. Without them, I would be one of the young people you are asking this question about.
I hope this answers your question!

we have a government that is afraid of or incapable of dealing with crime and foreigners, a football industry fronted by thugs and a Prime Minister who nobody believes, where are the good examples for youngster to follow?
Until we throw out Blair and co and get rid of the illegal immigrants our society will continue to crumble, the true British have nothing to be proud of

A lot of the problems stem from their parents, no control.
Definition: of Animalistic
1. theory of humans' nonspiritual nature: the theory that human beings are driven by physical appetites rather than spiritual needs
2. preoccupation with physical side of life: preoccupation with physical rather than spiritual needs
3. typical animal behaviour: behaviour that is typical of animals

the pub culture is unique to Britain.other countries don't "go down the pub" and therefore alcohol consumption is very much lower. there is not the need to cram as much drink inside you before the pub shuts
