A blessing and a curse all in one.

It can be difficult to find clothes that fit correctly. If the bust is big enough, chances are, the rest of the torso is baggy. Backaches can be an issue, but I am fine because I work out my delt (back and shoulder) and my pec muscles. Forget about cute and dainty bras -- bigger breasts require security and support. This can translate into inch-wide straps and 4 hooks in the back.

One major problem with large breasts is that if the mammary tissue is really dense -- for instance if the breasts are made of a lot of glandular and connective tissue -- it can be difficult to feel tumors. This of course is a problem if you are at risk of developing breast cancer.

When I do want attention, I know how to dress up to get it. I seldom need to pay to get into nightclubs. Guys sometimes think I'm a bimbo, but that gets dashed quickly when I talk about doing medical research and mention my brand-name education. But yeah, the only good thing about them is that OTHER people seem to like them.

I was 38EEE until July of 2006. I had been "well-endowed" since 7th grade. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that large bosoms are a BURDEN. Finding tops that would look right were very hard to find and a bra that fit correctly was impossible. I could wear a bra for about 4 hours a day and by hour 5 the weight of my chest would cause the brastraps to dig into my shoulders and I would end up with a horrible headache and back pain. I had breast reduction in July and am now a 36C and I have never felt better in all my life.

Blessing: I can fill out a shirt like some women dream of doing. Plus my husband likes them. I am hourglass shaped.

Burden: Finding a good fitting and supportive bra. Clothes that don't make me look like a hussy. Exercise can be difficult, I don't even attempt to go jogging.

Depends on how big they are. If they are a little fuller than average, it's a big blessing. However, if they're huge, they cause back problems.
