can i take my theory test before my ban ends?

i was banned from driving for 3yrs and i only have about 6 months left before i get my provisional licesense back can i take my theory test before the ban ends.

o. I know this for certain because I work for the probation service and we have someone who is coming to end of their ban and wanted to take their theory test before their ban ended. We called the DVLA and asked them but they told us no.

i don't think so babe you need your provisional sure when you go for your theory test
