Ummm in addition to all the suggestions above, you can go for--

1- The history of computers (Part dull and part interesting stories of those giant analog computers)

2- A comparative analysis of piracy of computer software. (You know-- how Microsoft became the leader and how it is more prone to piracy than Apple or Linux)

3- Futuristic technology

4- IT boom in India and computer education

Yea, I know they are kinda uncomplicated (and lame) subjects but couldn't think of much more. Go with any of the topics listed by others which you feel comfortable with.

If u have knowledge of computer hardware and a bit of drawing skill, u can easily draw the components inside a computer (i.e. CPU) and show how every part inside a computer works and what are their functions.Believe me, people dont 've much idea about the inside of computers and their working.
