I find that pinks, purples and light browns work well for people with red undertones to their skin. If your going out for the evening use a darker accent color at your brow bone like dark brown or deep purple and blend the lighter shades on my lids and right under my eyebrow to open up your eye. With your blue eyes you can also go with greens you want to stick with neutral colors that go with everything. try to stay away from black eyeliners because they will tend to make eyes look red rimmed try a white eye pencil on the inside of your eye with a brown around the outside of the eye. hope this helps
