Y'know that reggae instrumental from the late 60s. I dislike Chelsea but love that song! It's cool when everyone claps along. But how did it come about?

The tune and music like it was synonumous with london in the 60's and 70's especially west london with the integration of black folks form the west indies fussed with white culture and ska music being very popular at the time and still has a good following to this day.
