on the 40th floor over looking central park, for many reasons:
1. Europeans stink and are pretentious they think they're better than us
2. I've lived in Brooklyn before and it would be a nice change of pace to live in Manhatten.
3.Either way, I'm going to be in an area where noone speaks any English, so I'd rather pick the USA out of the two.
