I am buying an 18th B'day present for a massive K.D fan. I would really like to get a full size cardboard cutout or something else pretty wacky. Anyone know anywhere good for this kind of stuff?

Have you tried a film memorabilia website. I know at conventions I've been to, they've had true size cutouts of various actors.

get a picture of her online
take it to a fedex kinkos and ask them to zerox it and make it really big and then you can put it on a big peice of cardboard
this will probably be the cheapest way to get it, if you get it on an online poster store it'll be expensive and when you buy stuff on ebay, the people who sell the stuff are never really trustworthy (sometimes, not always)
