This has worked for several of my friends - recreate your first time in High School, if it was under the bleachers, in a car, your parents house-whatever, just be as sneaky and scared as you were then and then go at it like mad. The thrill of being caught and the recreation seem to increase the ability to conceive. Be spontaneous and try something you never would have before like in a plane or just drive and check into a hotel like lovers, take some champagne,french bread, cheese and grapes. The more you are focused on each other the more likely you are to be relaxed enough to make a baby. Good Luck and HAVE FUN!

Find when your most fertile days are and have sex every day that week. But to make sure you get pregnant Have sex every day to every other day cause sperm can live up too 5 days in a womens body.

Okay have sex!!! If you wish to know all the detains google it. but the basics...... 8-18 days after your period, have unprotected sex...ofter if you wish to get pregant, if you ovulate while sperm is present, and it implants then you'll be pregnant... you'll know that if you wait 3 weeks, and take a test... if negative wait to see if your next period comes... if it doesnt take another test.... dont jump the gun, pregnancy requires alot of patience. weel first of all u have to place several multi coloured daisies behind your ears. Then run along the side of a horse track singing"oh come all ye faithfull" at the top of your voice. Once u have lapped 5 times, sit down and wait for the stork to arrive with you little bundle of joy.... You'll be glad u did!!!!

SEX is the answer my friend. The most fertile time to conceive is the week after your period......just so you know birth control will stop you from having a baby :)

don't use a condom and have sex with your partner but you have to feel the hornyness so you can ovulate keep doing it for some days not on the first you will get pregnet.

Have sex about 3 days after your cycle that should do it.
